Hehez...Today woke up early to have breakfast and watch cartoon...=PpP lalala...After that met both shuxian, valarie, kaamun, minchang, yuesheng and ruiming for movie...Supposed to watch at Marina Square Golden Village...However, they refused to sell us the tickets as it was NC16 and some of them need a few more months to that age...-_- i argued with them for quite sometime as black and white are not stated there that they go by month...But see the gal very cham already so don't wanna push her further...ANyway she is working...So yeah...We went to SUntec Eng Wah...=) Yeah...Valarie reached early today and waited for us...Sorry.....Don't wanna late de...So sorry...=( Yup!! Very happy today...First time the new shuxian join us...Which means a new member join in already!! (n_n) Kekez...At least our group is expanding...=D Kekez...i love new friends to join our group...(^^,) We watched Final Destination3...EXTREMELY GORY!! Yeap!! Today woke up very late...Don't know why never hear my alarm...=( So met Jason, Qi Chang, Jazreel and Wei How at 1245 at Junction8 MRT control station...(n_n) Though we were supposed to meet at 1200...Hahaz...Got things to do mah...So late...=PpP So yeah...Jason and Qi Chang reached at 1145 because they made a bet that whoever is late will have to give a treat...Kekez...Today NCC training really drain alot of my energy...Emotionally, Mentally and Physically...Having a very bad headache now...But still must update my blog...Cos i really think is a great achievement well done...=) Well...Basically today i saw someone of same rank as me and some of his backup speaking to YueSheng...3 on 1 sia...SIA-LA-BANG!! (^^,) I won't mention who...Cos i dunno who's reading my blog...Too sensitive the issue...=b Anyway, back on track...I wanted to take photos of the training...So i didnt "Ke Yi" sit beside YueSheng to help him..Thought he could settle it...But later on, he S.O.S me and i went to his rescue...Rather impromtu but still...Tried my best to convince them...Don't know whether did i but anyway..It's a matter of fact...They can't do anything to change it at all...So yeah...Though they somehow shoot me..I kept my cool and reason it out until they LL...They really lost for word and so i could sense victory...*tsktsktsk* Nothing to say right..? *piakpiak* Well Done...(",) But seriously...So what if you don't like me..? Not as if i like you...i'm no gay to be liked by you or me liking you...duh~ For your information i like girls instead... ;) So yeah...Pleased to have Qi Chang, Yan Teck, Fadli and many others by my surroundings when i was speaking...Guess that helps alot...Traumatized the other 3...*winkwink* But again ah...If you're not happy with it...Please jolly well scram..Some kind of jerks only...Bad-mouthed me infront of the cadets...Don't need you all around anyway...I have been taking charge for over 6years...What can i not handle? Fuck you in a friendly way sia...(^-^) Hehez...Sorry ah...Not purposely one...But only can find this word for that description...Pardon me...=D After that war, went to preach PartC...Encourage them to excel and show their potential side...Want them to become elite cos i really see the potential in them...But hopefully they wont go against me in future...(^o,^) Hehez...Next was speaking to the specialist...*sigh* another impromtu thingy...Jason and Qi Chang supposed to speak too...=P Lucky i can handle...Manage to come out with some rubbish to say...However, wadever i said really comes deep down from my heart...i don't know how much they like me as a sir but i need to let them know that we, We, wE, WE, as a incharge, share the same, common objective and that is to make sure cadets enjoy themselves during training...In addition, looking forward to come every training and excel themselves to the fullest...Not forgetting to learn something at the end of the day before they go home... ;PpP So yeah...That is the common goal that we want to achieve...I really hope they won't pass comments or have any impression that i'm making use of YueSheng to get things done...Why would i need to do that..? i have 6years of experience and no one can compare with me...NONE!! realise that NONE also stands for NO-ONE..NO-ONE=NONE!! Hahaz...Interesting...i just saw that coming too...Didn't realise it anyway...der~ So yeah...i could even get full control of trainings and get the specialist back into their platoons to join in the trainings....What can i not do? Kekez...Don't try me dudes...You really don't know what or who you are messing with...=) ANyway...Hope i have talked some sense into the specialist and make them see things clearer with a better view of things...Let's work for the better!! -=101=- Yeap!! Today is number 101...=PpP Gosh...i hope i'm not tripping...I've already took another route and passed you...How did i get back to this very spot again? Don't want to fall...I'm always worried of this and that...i don't trust myself...-_- oOps...Izzit getting obvious? Well..Just want to pour out abit...=b *bLeAh* Guess i'll stop going on..You may be reading...*tsktsktsk* ='( Yuppie!! Went for some practise before i took the Basic Theory Trial Test...Hehez...Spend an hour doing more than 100 questions...After that finish the test within 10minutes and scored 48/50...*sigh* =( i was expecting a 49/50...Don't know which questions did i get it wrong...-_-"' Kekez...So have to change all my practical lesson date due to the clashes...i'll be therefore, having my first lesson on the 8th March and taking my Basic Theory Test on 9th March...Well...Wish me luck guys...Hahaz...=) Guess that's all i have to say for today...(n_n) Time to study!! ~Leader~ There are no good or bad leader...There are only true or false leader...=) A false leader will always move on and not care about the happenings at the back. All he cares about is completing his mission and not whether his men survive!
In contrast, a true leader always turn back to check on his men. Simply checking and making sure all of them are coping fine and not lost. Of course, not forgetting to boost their morale and encouraging them to move on.
This is the kind of special energy which will push the soldiers and keep them moving which make them perservere till the end!

I think the most crucial element of being a leader is making sure your fellows are enjoying themselves and are all motivated to look forward cum pledging their loyalty to you...Never let them lose the little faith in us...
Don't just think of drilling them so that they will not disgrace us in HQ...
What do you mean by if their drills are lousy we will be blamed?
Are you afraid of being blamed?
As long they enjoy themselves, i don't see why they cant nproduce good drills...So please...I hope God Bless you with an open mind so that you'll see things wider and further...Stop living in the past...It's time to move on leader leaders! =D )

Hehez...Yesterday went out with Jackie, Zhi Xiang, Marcus, Xin You, Jie Shun and Randy to study...Went Marina Square to have Carl's Junior...After that they complained there no wireless...So we set off to Pacific Cafe...Had the whole sofa to ourselves...=PpP Very comfortable though...=D Chatted with Hui Xin online and she said she's going China...=( Wahahah...But anyway, the main part is she had a very very very nice and cute display picture...Beg her and hint her like mad before she agree to send me...=D i'll post it up later...=) So yeap!! Stay there until 5pm...Didn't study much...But at least got study...(n_n) Hahaz...After that wanted to go meet Shuxian to pass her something...End up i forget my key...So yeah...At the mercy of my door...-_- Waited for bout an hour before my Da Jie reach home...So yuppie!! i didn't waste my time...i explored my new Song Ericsson and did a video while waiting...=) Not bad at all...Love it...Proud of my achievement...=b Kekez...At night spoke to Alwin...One of my NCC junior...He came to chat with me on msn...So cool!! Love him sia...He actually said my training program's very interesting...He love it alot...(^^,) Gosh...i really needed that praise because most of the specialist don't support it...They want tough training on drills...So yeah!! Thanx to Alwin for sparking up my Ble Flame...i'm all flame up again!! Ready to persist on because of my cadet's enjoyment...(",) Thanx Alwin!! Today went interview for SPARC Committee...Quite okay...Guess i handled it well i think...(^-^) They asked alot of questions...But okay loh...Manage-able ;) After that rush back to GYSS for NCC training...Wanted to do something different...Wanted to let PartC take up leadership position budden ah...They were being drilled by another CLT from bwss...^_^ So i chatted with Faiz wanting to find out more about BWSS...Well...i really did and i know BWSS better now...They were just like when i was in sec1's training...All the tough going stuff...But i guess they are not far-sighted enough...To them, training them for drills are important because practise makes perfect...Furthermore if their drills are very good, going HQ will not be a problem as HQ people will not blame them for not teaching well...-_- But my perspective is different...To me.....I strongly believe in human rights and hence, have to respect everyone..I think is better for them to enjoy what they are doing and so they will not feel obligated to come back for NCC training...Infact, they'll look forward for the next NCC training...That is the BEST PART!! i love seeing people having fun, enjoying themselves...Really a sense of satisfaction...=) Besides, i think that once cadets have the passion, no matter how high the mountain is, they'll also conquer it...Am i right..? i really don't know...i just think if the cadets have the interest and passion, they'll sure give good drills because it requires team spirit, momentums and most importantly enjoyment...As long they enjoy it, i think doing 5hours or Han-Ta-Da-Ki also no problem...(n_n) After training i walked with Shi Kang, Kah Ho, Andrew and Zi Xuan to J8...Crap and Lame with them all the way...Realise that Shi Kang also read my bLoGgy..Wahahaha!! Thanx Shi Kang!! V(^o,^)v i really appreciate it alot...(^^) Today no Shuxian they all also abit sianzZz.....But at least can come hoem earlier to rest...Very tired...=( Kekez...Hope everything will go smoothly next week and of course everything i do will go smoothly...=D Signing out...Cheers!!! Hahaz...So sorry...Valantine Day is my Daddy's Birthday too...So didn't blog yesterday because we went to stay in Raffles Hotel for a night...(",) It was so relaxing and comfortable...That's life...=PpP Hehez...Only1room so i slept on the floor...But yuppie!! It's comfortable enough....(^^,) Turn in quite late last night...Woke up early this morning to go back school for project...NCC now ah...Don't know why i all of a sudden don't feel proud wearing my uniform...-_- Guess i shouldn't think so much...Makes me unhappy only...What for i care so much?!? der~ i have everything that i can ask for now...=) God Bless...(n_n) A bunch of fantastic friends(1more recruitment somemore...=PpP So happy...=D), my lovely family, my wonderful SPARComperes, my lame classmates and even my cool friends...(^o,^) Basically everyone i know...YOU ROX!! =b Wad more can i ask for..? Hahaz...Just remembered i forget announce another good news...=PpP MY ENGLISH FINALLY GOT B4!! So happy when i see my B4...-_- Though i was aiming for a B3...But nvm i guess...At least i improved...=) Must really thank my English Lecturer from Singapore Poly...(n_n) Wahahaha...Didn't tell Shuxian and Kaamun...Managed to bluff them...=D Wahahaha!! guess they must be reading now...=P *bLeAh* (^^,) LaLaLa...Signing out.....

-=aAwWw...=-Gee...Yesterday's NCC training was a success...Went quite smoothly until BWSS's CLT came at about 1715 when training is about to end...-_- They bullied YueSheng during meeting after training and wanna change the program plan for the year...What is this?!? "Mei Dao Li" at all loh...When we planning for 2006 they didnt turn up and nobody objected...So why the sudden change? Anyway i don't care...The year has started...Want to change? Take a queue number and wait until year 2007 dudes..."HeyRwanDaHeyRwanDaHey" (Which means who cares...=PpP) Furthermore if i was in the meeting, i'm sure none of such things would have happened...Don't dare raise it infront of me...duh~ So yeap...After training went Esplanade with Shuxian, Kaamun and Zixuan...Met Valarie at CityHall before going Marina Square for dinner...Wanted to give them a surprise by bringing them to Esplanade to see the fireworks and also to congratulate them for getting A1 for their Higher Chinese...BUT.....=( End up they were not really surprised at all...Heard from Shuxian and Kaamun that back in their hometown, they can actually light their own fireworks...That is like...aAwWw.....So cool...If we are to do that in Singapore, the next day we'll be drinking coffee with the "Mata"...~der =) Just hope to do the same for my girlfriend in future...Guess she must be a Singaporean then she'll really be amused and touched by me giving her a surprised fireworks...(n_n) Wahahaha!!! LaLaLa...Today went to watch "I not stupid too" with Shuxian, Kaamun and Zixuan...Shuxian was late and we had to rush to the cinema to purchase the tix...It was a really nice movie...LOVE IT!! (",) After movie, they accompanied me to Bugis Village where i bought my Daddy his birthday present...Hope it is nice and he'll like it...(",) Went home after buying and had dinner with my family at Esplanade Ichiban...(^^,) Stayed there until the fireworks burst out in the dark sky and enjoyed ourself eating and watching...V(^o,^)v Kekez...Really felt FANTASTIC!! =D Hehez...Oh ya...Something to add on...Guess i won't be always typing thought of the day...i'll change it to thought of the week...1st reason is i'm lazy...2nd reason is i dun think i hav enough thoughts already...=( Hahaz...Final reason is i'm getting busy...=b Yeap!!
