Hehez...Had a so so day today...Suppose to study but end up i don't think i studied a single thing...=PpP Not mentioning touching my book...(n_n) *bLeAh* Had a great dinner...Teow Chew food...The place is kind of horrible...Spoilt lights, ants running here and there aimlessly, very old old style of furnishing...-_- But the food is delicious...=D Cheers!!! ~Leader~ There are no good or bad leader...There are only true or false leader...=) A false leader will always move on and not care about the happenings at the back. All he cares about is completing his mission and not whether his men survive!
In contrast, a true leader always turn back to check on his men. Simply checking and making sure all of them are coping fine and not lost. Of course, not forgetting to boost their morale and encouraging them to move on.
This is the kind of special energy which will push the soldiers and keep them moving which make them perservere till the end!

I think the most crucial element of being a leader is making sure your fellows are enjoying themselves and are all motivated to look forward cum pledging their loyalty to you...Never let them lose the little faith in us...
Don't just think of drilling them so that they will not disgrace us in HQ...
What do you mean by if their drills are lousy we will be blamed?
Are you afraid of being blamed?
As long they enjoy themselves, i don't see why they cant nproduce good drills...So please...I hope God Bless you with an open mind so that you'll see things wider and further...Stop living in the past...It's time to move on leader leaders! =D )
