for some reason i was dead tired..had no strength to lift myself out of bed and i slept all the way to 1130am!! quite an achievement because i hardly sleep till this late^^ went for ichiban sushi and had a sumptuous meal(:

met shuxian after that before she come over to my place=) that's all!! it's time for me to get back into exercising..=) cheers!! signing out..
